Have you ever gone on a hike and experienced seeing the beautiful views that British Columbia has to offer?
If you haven’t and you’ve been living here a while, I’m going to go ahead and suggest you add it to your calendar!
If you have, you know that once you reach the top of that mountain the views you see are just glorious and breathtaking. Well, I like to think of life in the same way.
When we are able to step back and look at our lives from a “top of the mountain” kind of perspective, we can see all the things we have accomplished, all the struggles we have managed to push through, and all the little moments of laughter and joy. It’s glorious and breathtaking!
Sometimes we get stuck on focusing on the myopic things (the little things) – such as a problem you’re trying to solve, a conflict in a relationship, parenting, finances, whatever it may be. We get stuck on focusing on that one thing, but that’s not helpful. It’s not helpful because it doesn’t allow us to have a different perspective on our lives.
Check out my latest Coffee Talk “Have Some Perspective on this 30,000 Foot View” to learn one thing you can do today that will help you look at life from a different perspective.
Trust me, you won’t want to miss this!
