Life can feel overwhelming when trauma, stress, and self-doubt take hold. Whether you’re recovering from a toxic relationship, navigating the impact of workplace trauma, or managing the pressures of daily life, it’s easy to feel stuck or disconnected. If you're constantly questioning yourself or weighed down by emotional pain, I’m here to help you break free from those patterns and rediscover your sense of self.

I work with a diverse range of individuals, from children to adults, but I am particularly passionate about supporting those recovering from trauma. Whether you’ve experienced emotional abuse, toxic relationships, or trauma from demanding careers—such as healthcare providers or first responders—I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to heal. My approach integrates a focus on the nervous system, recognizing how trauma is stored in the body and impacts both mental and physical well-being.

With a background in healthcare, I bring a deep understanding of how trauma affects the whole person. My approach is warm and rooted in compassion, creating a safe environment where you can show up exactly as you are without fear of judgment. Together, we’ll work through your challenges, helping you make meaningful changes, and empowering you to live more fully and confidently in your life and relationships.

I'm passionate about....

am passionate about helping parents understand their children, particularly those who are neurodivergent. Parenting is a journey, filled with countless tasks and challenges that shape young minds. When unexpected events disrupt a child's sense of security, I believe in the power of community and the resilience of families to navigate these difficulties. As both a therapist and a parent, I understand the unique challenges of raising neurodivergent children. This work is especially meaningful to me as my passion lies in supporting families and individuals through the complexities of childhood.

My focus is on children with ADHD and Autism, ensuring they understand themselves and are equipped with the resources to build a successful future. This includes providing access to therapeutic interventions that can help children manage their emotions, develop coping strategies, and enhance their social and academic skills.
