Victoria Lakusta-Lamberton

It is simply marvelous to discover the unique and sparkling moments of people when they are provided with a place of trust, safety and acceptance.

For the past 25 years, I have had the privilege of helping people adjust to the challenges associated with experiencing the worst days of their lives.  It is a profoundly sacred space to enter into and I use an approach that explores what is most important to you in your journey.  Sometimes it can be hard to know what the most important values are when there are so many competing values.  I will provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you as I honour you as a unique and special person with gifts only you can provide to the world.  You are the expert and I will listen with all my heart and be extraordinarily curious to explore what matters most to you as we construct a map forward.  When you feel discouraged, weary and overwhelmed it takes courage to move forward.  Together is a better place.

Life gives us many challenges that can create overwhelming feelings of shame, guilt, anxiety and distress.  My collaborative approach fosters a “togetherness” that honours you as the expert.  In moments of listening to your soul, rather than the noise of the world, it can create feelings of encouragement, self-confidence, grace and growth. When facing these challenges together, they can become joyful moments of discovery.
